Justin stumbled upon Creative Energies while looking through job postings, fantasizing about moving out to Utah from Maryland. CE's business model and project portfolio motivated him to make the move out West and join the team. Justin started with solar in 2014 with an internship where he helped build a cube-sat (small satellite) with some optical equipment, which is still in orbit to this day transmitting weather data. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Physics and worked doing site visits for another solar company back East. In 2018 he became NABCEP Certified and progressed into a design position with Tesla. Justin is excited to explore the various outdoor recreational opportunities Utah offers, including mountain biking, camping, hiking, paddleboarding, and snowboarding.
